Disaster Services Human Resource System (DSHR)
Disaster volunteers that are enrolled in the DSHR system are willing to receive training in their field of interest. These volunteers must also commit to 3 weeks of volunteer work on a national assignment. Assignments vary with location and degrees of hardship. All expenses are paid by the American Red Cross.
